FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Please note that we are only dispatching orders on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at the moment.

 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all around Australia, and we are based in Melbourne.

 

What are the delivery costs?

A flat rate of:

Standard shipping - $10

Express shipping - $18

On demand delivery for Melbourne (1 - 2 days) - Calculated at the check out

 

Can I organise a specific date for my order?

We only dispatch orders on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays. If you order before 11am we can dispatch orders on for same day delivery on these days for Melbourne only. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a specific date for delivery. 

 

I've input the incorrect address, how can I fix this?

We ask that you be extra thorough when inputting addresses. We aren't always checking our emails and we may miss an email from you regarding a change of address, however you can always email us at hello@foundedinloveau.com to try and reach us.

The sooner you contact us, the more chance we have at fixing the issue for you.

 

 

Can I write my own message?

Each box comes with a personalised hand written message on one of our FIL postcards.

 What if I want a specific item added to my box?

You can now customise your own box via  Build Your Own

  

What's your return policy?

All of our sales are final upon purchasing. We cannot accept any refunds for change of mind. If you find an item is missing or damaged with in your box please reach out to us with in 48 hours of receiving your box. Please email us at hello@foundedinloveau.com
